The thought of my favorite meal just brings me to a state of mind no person or creature can fathom. It makes me feel like I’m smelling it, tasting it, and even holding it. It makes me go and look crazy even if I think about it for a slight second. That meal I am talking about? Enchiladas, A simple yet amazing art of consumable food. Just think about it, the mixed taste of the corn tortilla, the meat, cheese, beans, potatoes, vegetables, and even the Chili or other spicy condiments. Imagine The hot and nice cheese dripping down the enchilada. Even the process log making it makes me drool, the chopping of the meat, the sizzling of the oil and meat, the sour cream being poured on top of everything it just a chefs kiss. The eating part is my favorite part(I think that was kinda obvious). Remember how I said the thought of enchiladas made me crazy? Eating it makes my soul come out of my body. It’s like eating food from the heavens(probably because it is from the heavens). Every bite gets better and better until it gets a godly taste that makes you want to keep it forever. The type enchiladas we are talking about are those with the nice golden crust of a tortilla, the perfect golden and hot cheese dripping down it and the perfectly cooked meat and vegetables. Those are the types I love. I will love it forever. Forever. And ever. That is all I can say about enchiladas before I start going crazy. Have a good one and I will see you later!

If I could design my very own house it would look like a military airport. When you first enter the house you will be greeted with Air Force pilots with their helmets still on. The first thing they will say to you is, “ready for takeoff Sir!” When you open the door it would be like those cartoons where the bright lights flashes through your eyes but instead of being greeted with a mansion or a beautiful forest, you will instead be greeted with a view of the 5 runways with people working on the ground refueling the planes. Every two minutes a fighter jet or a cargo plane will takeoff or land, you’ll even get a chance to fly them if you ask.

If you turn left when you enter the house you will see the hangers filled with engineers and planes being worked on. They’ll show you everything you can know about engineering so I guess you can say that’s a win win. You get some friends and learn how to engineer. They will also let you paint or test out the planes yourself. The first plane everyone tests out is the F-4 Phantom which is an old fighter jet. They’ll tell you how to turn it on, how to use the throttle, how to maneuver, they’ll teach you how to handle G-force, and they will teach you what to do if a foreign fighter jet from another country intercepts you. The second plane is the C130 and the AC130, they’re both the same plane just with different ability’s. The C130 is a cargo plane that’s why the C is there. The AC stands for attack cargo which means it can be used for air to ground battles and for cargo uses. To use the AC130 you first have to fly and use the C130 so you can get the basics on how to use and fly it.

Going down stairs will lead you to what we call, “the kids zone.” There will be flight simulators when you first enter, a bunch of aviation themed slides that are on the right leading to some stairs for them, a zone for guests it their kids birthday or an adults birthday, a buffet with plane themed cakes, more aviation themed latte art that has a machine to do it for you. The biggest part of the zone is the huge playground and rides. It can go from parkour ranging to swing sets, to somewhat crazy rides, and even a 80 feet big trampoline park.

And finally, turning to the right will lead to the small apartments for guests. They include a sewage system, a fridge with food that is used in a balanced diet and on top of the fridge is a medical nag including all essentials just in case someone has a medical emergency. The apartments have a 4K TV with Disney+, Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, YouTube Tv, and a big soft sofa to lay on while using the TV. Each apartment can fit up to 5 people and maybe 1 extra kid. The bathrooms are like nothing you’ve ever seen, the bathrooms are very pretty for being in a Air Force base themed house. Everything is nice and shiny including a big tub for people who want to relax, or for those who take ice cold baths.. but anyways. Out of all the places I can choose from on this planet, I would choose New York. Some people would rather go to Dubai or the Caribbeans but I want to go to New York. First of all, it’s a beautiful place to take pictures and possibly wonderful portraits. My first photo of New York could possibly be the giant airport, the city or even the fabulous Statue of Liberty. With a giant airport close to a city could equal very cool pictures/plane spots. Speaking of city, The city of New York is a perfect place to go to for photography. Just imagine, the towering buildings above the clouds, the population of people, those giant screens of advertisements of places you can go to is perfect for a person who likes taking pictures of cites like me.

Another reason why i would love to go there is because of the places available for you to go to. The 9/11 memorial would probably be a great place to go for pictures and also to mourn those who died in the tragic event(prayers to their families). A great place to visit if you have energetic young ones(like me) is Central Park so the little ones can run around and get tired. Another place available for visitors is Central Park, this is the most popular place for people to go and it is one of the most iconic places too. Although its expensive, its still worth the time there.

The last and short reason are the views you get. The views you get of the city on the plane ride there and the views on the One World Trade Center. It’s all really worth it heck, going to New York in general is worth it. All of these reasons are why i would go to New York out off all the places in the world. Have a good day or night.

Hey there, my name is Josiah. Welcome to my blog. Allow me to introduce myself. I am a twelve year old at a middle school in the area of Tustin. My interest are a little different from other peoples interests. Aviation is my biggest interest of all, don’t usually see that interest huh? It was such a big role model to me and inspired me to look into all these jobs that play a role in the aviation community. It’s what inspired me to go plane-spotting at different airports like KSNA and get a new camera. The idea of the world being below you and bing in the sky like a bird is just fascinating to me. Every time I travel I always find the chance to see the planes takeoff or land just to get anything stressful off of my mind. I don’t just sit outside and see the planes in the sky, i do other things like…uh..let’s just move onto other things. I have a chiweenie named Kiko and he is a year old. He’s something alright, he’s crazy and energetic all the time. One time he was so excited when i got home to the point he ran into into the wall two times. His barks are also the loudest thing you can hear, I’m pretty sure you can hear it from a mile away. He’s pretty long but pretty short compared to other dogs at dog parks. He’s like a brown/light brown color which kind of shines in the suns light when it goes through the window. I’d love to say so much more about me but i just don’t have the time to do that, I hope you learned something about me. Have a good day or night!
